Visit Places: New Italy Settlement

New Italy Settlement, South West Rocks

The New Italy Museum was developed as a tribute to the courage and strength of those pioneering families with the purpose to pass on to future generations their spiritual legacy.

The New Italy Museum is an important link to the rich Italian heritage that has left such strong imprints upon the Northern Rivers region. It is also of great significance to the entire Italian community of Australia and plays an important role in sharing the story of New Italy in material and functional form with the broader community.
