The Bonegilla Story

The NSW Migration Heritage Centre has been working with the Albury LibraryMuseum, Charles Sturt University and the Bonegilla Heritage Park to document the Albury LibraryMuseum’s collection, record oral histories and encourage tourists to visit the Bonegilla Heritage Park and its associated collections at the Albury LibraryMuseum.

Bonegilla is a National Heritage listed place near Wodonga and the Bonegilla Collection is at the Albury LibraryMuseum.

This research culiminated in the Albury LibraryMuseum’s exhibition.

The exhibition was supported by the NSW Migration Heritage Centre, in particular oral histories and collections from the Centre’s ‘Belongings’ project and also the ‘So Much Sky’ booklet. These are featured in the Bonegilla Heritage Park’s website.
