Apron woven 1947, Velusina, Bitola

Aleksandra Trajcevska, Elena's mother-in-law, wore this apron for her wedding in 1947. Aleksandra's mother had woven the fabric, which she then covered with velvet and finished with braid. The apron fastens with a loop and a long tie at the side. Aleksandra gave the apron to Elena as a gift.

Height: 57.5 cm, width: 68 cm, loom width: 29 cm; Cotton warp, woollen weft.
